Our mentors’ community is the crucial resource that helps learners study more efficiently compared to what they could achieve on their own.

A Senior Team Lead at Turing College is able to work at an extremely flexible time schedule and is expected to do so in addition to their main role in the industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES As a Senior Team Lead (STL), you will be the main part of this personal interaction and the main representative of Turing College to a learner – a role that is arguably the most important and influential that we have. There are a couple of ways to contribute as Senior Team Lead:

EXPECTED QUALIFICATIONS: Our Senior Team Leads (STL) are seasoned industry professionals with a minimum of 2-3 years, ideally more, of experience in roles such as data analyst, data scientist, data engineer, web developer, or digital marketer. Academic exprience (e.g. lecturing, PhD work, research etc.) is a strong bonus, but needs to be complemented with industry experience as well.

Since all our courses and teaching are done in English, excellent mastery of the language is required.

Depending on the specific course they are involved in, we expect our STLs to have proficiency in various technical skills, including but not limited to:

(Note: a Senior Team lead does not need to be proficient in all the topics of a program - covering at least 60% of a single program, like Data Analytics, is usually enough, as it is possible to flexibly choose which topics one will work with)

MINIMUM EXPECTED PARTICIPATION:
