As an Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager you will oversee and enhance our affiliate and influencer marketing efforts. This role involves developing strategies to increase revenue and expand our network of affiliate partners, specifically targeting the educational sector. Your role will be instrumental in driving our company's growth by leveraging relationships with key affiliate networks and influencer partners.

How you'll contribute 🐝

• Research and recruit new affiliate and influencer partnerships, targeting both seasoned and emerging players in the industry;
• Scale new and existing affiliate relationships to increase customer acquisition and maximize ROI;
• Periodically monitor performance reports, identifying issues and opportunities;
• Constantly seek innovations in new channels, niches, funnels, and opportunities;
• Manage affiliate marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and scalability;
• Take charge of our affiliate attribution tracking, monitor campaign performances, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI;
• Oversee budgets, invoicing, and payments associated with partnerships.

• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can roll up his/her sleeves to build best-in-class marketing practices;
• Strong reporting skills, ideally with experience in using platforms such as Impact, GRIN, or similar affiliate marketing tools;
• Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing partner relationships;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Natural networking abilities, able to connect and engage with a diverse range of individuals and organizations;
• Results-oriented, with a focus on execution: You possess the ability to translate high-level strategies into actionable plans that drive tangible business outcomes, move key metrics, and contribute to the growth of the company.
