We are creating an R&D team of top-level experts who will be working with cutting-edge AI and Data Science technologies to bring never-seen-before learning approaches to our students. As an AI engineering lead, you would be developing various prototypes together with the Education Team, evaluating them and also using that knowledge to create a new AI-engineering course.

How you'll contribute 🐝

• Experimentation with AI to enhance our education solutions. Generative AI/LLMs are a priority, but classical Machine Learning knowledge would be useful as well. We would focus on quick implementation and testing of ideas and collecting feedback to look for most useful direction (e.g. creating Discord bots that would interact in a personalised way with learners)
• Leading the creation of a new AI Engineering course
• Ensuring the team is constantly up-to-date with the latest developments in the AI industry. For this goal, we will be creating a knowledge-sharing group for everyone working with AI-related tasks.

Desired qualifications 💼

• Excellent programming skills (preferably Python or Javascript) allowing you to experiment quickly with any new relevant technologies in a production environment.
• Excellent English (at least C1)
• Experience implementing full pipelines of generative AI solutions (e.g. a system implementing RAG with real users)
• Experience working with education/ed-tech is a strong plus
• Experience with traditional data science techniques is a strong plus
